083 | How to Run Effective Team Meetings
Manage episode 446124001 series 3506420
Have you ever been in a meeting and thought, “This should have been in an email!”
Or, you’ve attended a meeting and had to participate in an icebreaker that completely embarrassed you?
You’re not alone!
In today’s episode, I’ll share with you some of the tips and tricks I’ve learnt over the years to run effective meetings, and I’d like to invite you to try them, you don’t necessarily have to implement them, but try them, get feedback from your team and see how you go. You'll need to listen to the full episode to hear what I discuss about the following:
- Everyone sits in a shape format
- Don't always share the agenda (the opposite of what everyone says you should do)
- Ice breakers, yay or nay?!
Presentations/slide shows/handouts
