In this episode, Sallyyan shares her story of bringing her innovative tech startup GLEAC to life. She talks about her passion for engaging with the community and for using human skills to create opportunities. Sallyann began her career as a corporate lawyer in the US, working with such giants as Nestle, Careem and others. Additionally, through the Growing Leaders Foundation she established, she has delivered soft skills to more than 25,000 young people and adults in the last six years. Listen to her episode now!

Sallyann is one of 4% of women globally with a patent-pending method as a sole inventor. A Harvard alum with degrees in Law, Organizational Behavior, and Urban Planning; she spends her days obsessing over soft skills at her tech company-GLEAC. Companies like Prada, Accenture and Korn Ferry have worked with GLEAC. GLEAC also showcased at Expo 2021 in the Dubai Cares, The Future is Human pavilion. Sallyann also runs the Growing Leaders Foundation which delivers soft skills to at-risk youth in partnership with the UNDP. In 2016, she served as the only female, C-suite leader at Careem where she helped shape its organizational culture.
