It is finished with a light touch of citrusy spices. 4.5% abv +Available 22oz bottles and draft Brio -Pale Ale A welcome departure from overhopped ales so common in our region, this is a copper-hued and easy-drinking Pale Ale brewed with just the right dose of earthy and herbal hops to balance out the malt and esters. 5.5% abv +Available 22oz bottles and draft Stout An ale with a deep, dark, opaque hue plus a light touch of roasted and caramel aroma and flavor notes define this mild, drinkable Stout. 5.5% abv +draft only Au Brun French Style Bière de Garde.
