Reggie discusses an article he read about Kid Cudi and loving yourself. Reggie goes into detail about a time he didn't love himself and how that made it damn near impossible to love someone else. He talks about apologizing to some women from his past, especially his ex-wife.
He gives his definition of an apology and how sometimes you may have to apologize for something you didn't do.
