Tim Frie: The Truth About The Wellness Industry and Men’s Eating Disorders
Manage episode 342498864 series 2789693
Today’s guest and I bonded on social media back in 2020 after he listened to my first few podcast episodes. Tim Frie is an educator, mental health & health equity activist, and doctoral student exploring trauma-informed care and undoing toxic wellness. He is also the founder of Clove Health, a medical communications company that designs inclusive, culturally sensitive and trauma-informed clinical resources and patient education. On this episode, we dive into topics like what the wellness industry really is, what really contributes to your overall well-being, and how men are sometimes left out of the conversations when it comes to mental health. It’s a great episode. Enjoy!
