In this day in age, there's a lot of different "guru's" yapping on about how to do this that or the other. Me being one of them. But in essence, we all have this innate gift within us called our inner wisdom. It is our pure truth. Our truth has a certain ring to it. It just sounds and feels right. You know that feeling when something doesn't make much sense, but it just feels so right that you end up doing it anyway? Aaand, it always works out perfect? That's inner wisdom.
In this episode I share my strategies to access it, why we should access it and what to look for when "tuning in".
