I believe that striving hard or working hard is overrated.

This concept has not only degraded our true potential, but also made us a part of the corporate rat race where we want to do more and more to achieve more and more.

But you know what, trying to overachieve is a pattern, and the underlying belief is that we are not enough as we are.

So, clearly it’s not a factor that determines your success, it’s actually sabotaging that.

To dig deeper into this, I have with me Debra Sunderland.

Debra knows what it takes to move from defensive thinking to conscious leadership.
She spent her whole life as an overachiever and thanks to a near-death cycling accident, she has made it her life’s mission to coach CEOs, executives, and leaders to accept their Genius-Ship and become the conscious leader that they are called to be to be clear to do what they are here to do.
