⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Booty bands has helped me in so many ways. Workouts - helping me stay on track and be supportive offering different options for different levels. Nutrition- making sure we are eating enough and not starving ourselves and slowing our metabolism. Eat More. Not Less. This is something I found very helpful. Our bodies need fuel! Mindset - something I didn’t really understand before. How important believing in yourself and doing something for you can be! This is where booty bands has helped me the most! Do it for you!
