The joke in podcasting is that you spend 30 minutes recording a podcast AND THEN spend 3 hours editing it. That's not a very good use of your time and it ultimately leads to "podcast burn out". In the next few episodes, we're talking about assembling your podcast team. And we believe the very first thing you should do is hire out your editing. We're also going to draw a distinction between hiring freelancers from Fiverr and Upwork and hiring experienced, professional editors.
