When its time to EAS they only get a few weeks at best to rejoin the civilian life. Unfortunately this is the time we lose some of our 22 a day. Our veterans and Servicemembers over time have put a stigma on reaching out for help in their time of need. So that's where I got the idea of starting a podcast.
