Welcome to the 54th Episode of the #100MasterCoaches Show. In this episode, Mel interviews Christine Sachs. Christine comes to coaching with professional experience in the finance, advertising, and higher education industries. Most recently, she was the Director of Major Gifts for the University of Oxford in North America. Her role there trained Christine in cultural awareness and leadership amidst complex organizations. The client profile that Christine most frequently works with is highly educated and successful in their roles. Her clients tend to hold C-Suite or near C-Suite positions. Christine likes to joke that her clients don’t believe in coaching until they work with her. Trained in ontological coaching, she provides a fresh perspective and highlights blind spots that corporate experience may not reveal. Many of Christine’s clients work in high-growth technology, entertainment, and finance. In 2016, Christine attained the credential of Master Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation. Less than 4% of coaches worldwide hold this credential. Additionally, she has a master’s degree in Literature from Washington University. Her passion and commitment to quality coaching have led Christine to become a Senior Training Leader with Accomplishment Coaching, a 20-year-old accredited coach training program based out of San Diego, CA.
