The PINN Podcast aims to explore the relationship between nutrition service, behaviour change and psychological aspects and tools to consider when working with athletes. One of the issues we face, as Performance Nutritionists, is when we are becoming academically 'qualified' we receive little to no exposure to a number of aspects that are integral to our role.
