Zoë Kors is a sexologist, integrative somatic trauma therapist, and sought-after thought leader on intimacy and sexuality. She’s also the author of Radical Intimacy: Cultivate the Deeply Connected Relationships You Desire and Deserve, the resident sex and intimacy coach, and a contributor to the sexual wellness app Coral. Zoë is the former Senior Editor and Creative Director of LA Yoga Magazine and has appeared in The Washington Post, Newsweek, Cosmopolitan, Well+Good, Bustle, and many other publications.
Zoë holds a BA in Art History from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a certified Sexologist, recognized by the American Board of Sexology, as well as a certified integrative somatic trauma therapist, certified Co-Active Coach, and certified Death Doula. Her training also includes dozens of programs and courses in sexuality and spirituality. Zoë is initiated in the Sri Vidya tantra lineage. Her work reflects her extensive study of Tantra, Zen Buddhism, Meditation, Yoga, Breathwork, and other Eastern disciplines, which she integrates with more process-oriented modalities of Western psychology and Evidence-based Coaching.
Our conversation with Zoë centers around having a great sex life in our 60’s and beyond. So much of our relationship with our own sexuality starts with the way we think about ourselves. Zoë helps her clients discover the “naked truth” of who they are and undo the conditioned mindsets they have around sex. She also shares the six different buckets of influence on our sexuality and their impact. We talk to Zoë about how mindfulness and “sensual awareness” in life help in the bedroom, how to work through the unique sexual challenges that come with aging, and how to sustain desire in a long-term relationship.
What’s Inside:

  • The importance of mindfulness and “sensual awareness”.
  • How to work through the sexual challenges that come with aging.
  • How to sustain desire in a long-term relationship.
