Does your "inner mean girl" creep in when you even think about slowing down? This has been the spirit of my life for SO many years, and it's often right after the New Year that I start to feel the PRESSURE TO SHOW UP, when all I want to do is ease back in after the holidays.
I'm questioning the status quo in this solo episode, inviting in the energy of starting slow + somatically in 2024 where you FEEL into your feminine flow, instead of letting the New Years Intention Setting + wellness buzz make you feel FOMO.
Since I am celebrating 20 years since my spiritual path began in a Yoga for Stress class (shoutout to Yoga Jane!) back in 2004, I tie in Patanjali's 8 Limbs of Yoga as a model for how to do this from a state of doing-ness to a state of being-ness in 6 SIMPLE STEPS.
I'm also SUPER STOKED that I am reviving my Live Vibrant Sisterhood again this February after a wild 2023 of challenges with my chronic conditions, and give you a sneak peek in this episode as to how you can practice Patanjali's 8 limbs of Yoga in just 5 mins a day. Let it be easy, as Suzie Moore says!
