Do you feel safe to express yourself within your physical body? In today's episode, I had the divine pleasure to speak with Jamie Gavagan about her five- year journey of healing chronic pain to ways of expressing herself as she never could.
We speak about the grief and rage that is felt when you can no longer do what you easily could before the condition, and how chronic pain can feel as if it's controlling your life.
Jamie shares with us how she was able to shift out of this frustration through her practice to a mindset of "I can move freely while being in pain" to overcome the fears of hurting yourself in movement.
In this episode, Jamie uncovers five key tips to become the healer you seek, including how to empower your own inner trust, and way of knowing yourself (and your body) to living free of the labels of chronic pain + conditions.
