What expectations have you felt the weight off? There are many expectations that we are surrounded by that have huge impacts on our lives.
This week, I am joined by Andra Dediu, and we discuss the impact of societal and familial expectations, but also the expectations we place on ourselves. Because of the impacts on the self, there is some healing that we need to release these expectations.
