With 50% of osteoporosis patients going off their bisphosphonates in their fisrt year, Mike King thinks there is a low hanging fruit there. Mike also thinks the drug's profile could allow it to quickly become a first line treatment. Jean-Loup and Mike look at the market, Amgen's pricing for the drug, how that may bode with payors, and what impact Denosumab is likely to have on Amgen's share price. Mike has price target of $80 within 1 year. Jean-Loup and Mike also look at other indications and Amgen's clinical development strategy.
