Welcome to A Little Less Mess, it's our companion episode to our main weekly releases. In ALLM, you will find just the facts, no opinions, no jokes, no banter, but do not fear! If you would like to hear our full thoughts on this case (and inappropriate jokes) check out the weekly regular episodes released on Thursdays (they're the numbered episodes).
We are headed to Galveston, Texas this week to discuss the disappearance of Shelley Sikes on Memorial Day Weekend in 1986. Her body was never recovered but two men were charged with her kidnapping. For our Y'all Need Jesus this week, Cara has a rant on the Vanerpump Rules crew who definitely need Jesus.
Fun Fact: Galveston Had the Only North American Hotel Over Water. The Flagship Hotel in Galveston was built in 1965 on the Galveston pier. It was seven stories and had 225 rooms. Hurricane Ike in 2008 severely damaged the hotel and it had to close. It was later demolished to make way for the Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier that opened in 2012.
