Get ready to dive deep with Erin Byron, who we are honored to have as our first guest! She's not your average therapist – Erin's a Registered Psychotherapist, yoga therapist, and co-author of books like "Yoga for the Creative Soul," and the brain behind Trauma Aware Certified Training.

We kick things off by chatting about what Erin's noticing in her students and clients post-pandemic. And surprisingly guilt becomes the topic du jour and why leaving it behind is the key to real healing. Then, we get into the nitty-gritty of emergency self-care and self-regulation, straight from Erin's upcoming book "Safety First" (dropping in April 2024) - which leads us to discuss the poet Rumi. Then we wrap up with a discussion of the healing benefits of creativity and how to take care of ourselves in tricky holiday social situations.
