When parents have experienced betrayal in their relationship, the entire family system is impacted. Teens and young adults are old enough to sense things are amiss, but may not understand everything that’s happening in their parents’ world.

In today’s episode we are excited to welcome Morgan Ellsworth, a life coach at Choose Recovery Services. She is an APSATS trainee and has training as a DBT Skills Coach. Morgan shares her story of navigating her teenage years in an environment touched by betrayal trauma. She offers practical advice to ensure teens and young adults receive the attention and care they need so they can process their experience and begin to heal.

  • Choose 180 for Men - This support group helps men gain emotional intelligence so they can better manage unwanted behaviors. Participants will connect with other men, better understand their emotions, work through shame, and build a deep respect for themselves.⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠

  • Choose 360 for Men - Support group for men who have reached a sense of wholeness in their recovery and are looking to maintain their recovery through awareness, accountability, and camaraderie.
