Social media can be a dangerous place for kids, but the Dolman Law Group is employing a novel strategy to make tech giants accountable for the harm they cause.

Matt Dolman and Stan Gipe explain that the Supreme Court’s recent refusal to revive a case against SnapChat shows why the fight against social media needs a new tactic. In that case, the court said laws protect Snapchat from being responsible for content that's posted by users.
