In this week’s bonus episode, we dive further into Josh’s experience of battling with Anorexia Nervosa as a teen. Josh opens up about his previous restrictive dietary habits, his obsession with exercise and how a phone call from a concerned school teacher may have saved his life. Josh also gives his general advice for parents or friends of someone who is suffering with an eating disorder.
