Sleep. Sweat time. Inspiration. Positivity. Did I mention sleep? Let’s just say I’m having issues there... so, this week, I want to focus even more on including immunity boosting spices in each of our meals. On the podcast this week, I chatted about a few of these spices and how I’m putting them in my meals this week.

Right now, it’s so important to be proactive with your health. I mean, there will always be something floating around it the air around us, but now, it seems like there’s even more stuff. And, the reason I picked seasonings to focus on because they fit into every meal plan… and can be used in small amounts if you happen to not be a fan of them.
