Inspired by a recent conversation with a client feeling discouraged over falling back into old habits, I felt it was a great topic to share to normalize the non-linear reality of the healing journey.

In the ep, I talk about how an old pattern of disordered eating has come back up for me recently, and we'll explore how self-awareness and self-love play pivotal roles in navigating these challenges.

🎙️ **Key Takeaways:**

- **Healing is Not Linear:** Just like jellyfish expanding and contracting in the ocean, our healing journey involves steps forward and steps backward. It's normal for old habits to resurface; they are often signals for deeper layers that need exploring.

- **Awareness Leads to Transformation:** By bringing awareness to our patterns, we start the healing process. Whether it’s recognizing the way our bodies respond to different situations or understanding our emotional triggers, awareness is the first step toward change.

- **Sustainable Change Takes Time:** True transformation requires time. Creating new neural pathways and solidifying new behaviors means nurturing and embodying these changes daily. Be patient with yourself and trust the process.

If you're navigating your own healing journey, this episode is for you. Let's normalize the ups and downs and continue supporting each other along the way.
