In today's episode we'll explore how so many of us struggle to understand the unique addition that only we can add to the rest of life. How leaving behind the acquired ideas we may have, about how we "should" be expressing who we are, allows us the opportunity to explore and express the unique us that is there for us to showcase to the world.
We'll explore a variety of the ways the limitations we have been exposed to in regard to the right or wrong ways to express ourselves have come into our world, and the limited ideas, concepts and beliefs they were born of, and why allowing those ideas to influence us, can hold us to a type of expression of life that never seems to feel fulfilling, and many times feels empty and without true meaning.
We'll also explore. of course, a variety of methods to help us see beyond those influences and to embrace the unique us that has always been there to share with others.
