Ohio started re-opening some non-essential businesses in May. With the Responsible RestartOhio guidelines, we felt 100% about offering hair and nail services right away. When it came to skin care and massage, we didn’t quite feel ready to simultaneously provide the incredible service that you’ve come to expect at PENZONE and the conditions necessary to ensure both your safety and the safety of the PENZONE team.
So, we took a couple of weeks to take a breath, assess the situation, create a plan, and come up with new protocols before opening at the beginning of June. We are in this for the long haul. Your safety and our team’s safety come first.
