Meditating consistently was one of the first steps I took on my anxiety healing journey.

I started finding random meditations on Youtube and using the free trial of meditations apps 🤪

Some days felt peaceful while other days felt like there was an actual monkey IN my mind. My thoughts would be racing and I would get really frustrated feeling like it wasn’t working.
