Writing this feels bittersweet. We have been putting out weekly episodes of the Get A Helmet Podcast since February of 2020. Every single one of those episodes -- interviews, meditations, Mindful Minisodes -- are filled with so much juicy wisdom and inspiration.
Today’s podcast episode will be the beginning of a new phase for Get A Helmet. We decided it was time to take some space from the show and allow time for deep integration and creation of so many new things.
THANK YOU to all of you for listening, for sending your messages about how this show has supported you, writing reviews, listening every week and being with me since I started this show in my Grandpa’s spare bedroom with nothing but a microphone and a desire to tell stories and amplify the missions of other women.
THANK YOU to every single incredible human I had the pleasure of interviewing on the show this season. Having these conversations has been so expansive for me and everyone else listening.
So today’s episode is a reflection on Season 2 and the official beginning of this next phase of business. It’s important to normalize space, rest and integration.
