On today’s episode, I’m talking to the amazing Terri Lyon - The Activist for Activists. Author of Make a Difference with Mental Health Activism and What's on Your Sign? How to focus your passion and change the world. Terri is a licensed psychologist and PhD, whose career experience includes government research, managing training at a Fortune 500 company, consulting, and almost 40 years of teaching graduate students. She currently teaches at Walden University, is the treasurer of a credit union, and professional arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau. Years ago, Terri created Life at the Intersection, a website to promote activism, where she shares her groundbreaking 5-Step Activism Path as an easy-to-use and well-researched process to help people find the cause closest to their heart. Terri is also an animal lover and activist for Veganism - she founded Vegan Blount County a platform where she shares her passion and journey towards veganism and Vegan resources with the local community. You're going to learn not only about activism but also about finding your passion, gardening, and mindfulness! Take a listen!
