Introducing the star of our show: Role-play and Skills Training! It's like drama class for the criminally inclined, where they get to practice being law-abiding citizens. We call it "Criminal Improv," where we pretend we're in a real-life social situation, and our participants act out how they'd normally respond. Oh, and trust us, folks, it's not your typical improv show. Our criminals can give Shakespeare a run for his money with their elaborate performances! But here's the secret sauce – it's all about "unlearning" their old, ineffective behaviors. Yep! Just like peeling off those old, crusty criminal layers to reveal the diamond in the rough beneath. By the end of our sessions, these criminals will be giving TED Talks on how to choose pro-social goals!
