Dr. César Lara, Owner of the Center for Weight Management, adopts a groundbreaking approach to weight loss. Traditional mindsets tend to blame weight loss patients for their nutritional choices, lack of exercise, or other factors. According to Dr. Lara, this approach is dysfunctional. Instead, by adopting a lifestyle medicine perspective, Dr. Lara helps patients healthily release weight through lifestyle changes. In doing so, patients connect with their spirituality and discover their inner strength to make any change possible.
Dr. Lara will continue embodying these principles in an exciting Guatemala retreat taking place on March 21st. This experience will aid patients in discovering new dimensions of healing -- both physically, by consuming organic food, and spiritually, by connecting with the energy of the mountains.
