At 57, Andrea Clare Brooks, known as the Menopause Artist, discovered her artistic talent, coinciding with her realization of being neurodiverse with ADHD and potentially being on the autism spectrum. This revelation came at a time when she was navigating her children's neurodiversity, with one diagnosed with autism and ADHD, and the suspicion that her other two children are also neurodiverse. Her journey into art began with a watercolor workshop during lockdown, leading her to paint her dogs, and eventually, over 100 pets for others.
