The purpose of this episode is to talk about what masking looks like, how it impacts you and what are things you can do to stop masking and have the confidence to be who you really are!

What is masking? It is pretending or putting up a facade to the world that everything is ok. Or that you are someone that you are not. Commonly people feel they “should” be more organized or they don’t want people to know they are struggling with things in life that they feel other people don’t struggle with.

  • How to overcome the challenges with ADHD and masking
