Welcome back to the podcast! I got something special for you all today, I’m sat here with Tara, and she is going to explain how she went from… wait for it “from corporate saddie to corporate baddie” I love it, we love it, it’s such a flex!

Jokes aside this episode is a brilliant insight into the world of apprenticeships, Tara left school at 18 and went on to work for IBM, a huge global tech company. She is now a full-time consultant with awards to show for it. Me and Tara also discuss the cultural barriers we face growing up, and for those that do not know me and tara are both Kurdish. Furthermore, she goes on to explain how he has made a difference working with other people from ethnic minority cultures, and how they have made a difference, using networking skills to help make sure the tech sector is more inclusive, so yh, aside from this just being filled with great information for you all to listen to, it is also a really fun, light-hearted, amazingly easy podcast to listen to. I hope you all enjoy this, half as much as we enjoyed recording it, take care, everybody!
