Silence is an answer and remaining the same is a statement. Try, want to and we plan to are almost inactivity at it's best. This episode is the result of the SEASON of Change when it comes to the calendar and the state of HUMANITY and our own personal decisions.
I just attended a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Conference with the sincere intention to education, inform and activate it's attendees. It hit home run after home run. I can drop some names, yet better still I WANT THEM ON MY PODCAST!!
