I always say that before you start any new endeavour, it is always a good idea to stop and take stock of who that person is who is going to have to make that change, make a transformation, evolve or attempt to do something different. That person is you! These two kinds of people I will talk about in this episode both have their own characteristics. There's the good, the bad and the ugly.
