She feels very stuck and is facing the challenge of being away from her friends. Nancy advises her to find her own special story. She says that stories can come in many different forms. Our inspirational guest Kasey Anton found a letter from her father to her mother. Her dad had confessed to having an emotional affair with someone at work. She still found hope for love in her life and was drawn towards hospitality and care for others. Kasey moved to boston and began a management program called C.H.A.M.P through the Chart House. She later was able to own her own restaurant with partners at the age of 26. However Kasey ended up being the last one there struggling to keep the lights on. Through having to finance, she learned that she had a passion for numbers and decided to start her very own successful business called Spark. Tune in to learn how Kasey’s openness to listen and to try again became her best asset on her road to success.
