With almost 20 years in the fitness industry, I have seen the good the bad, and the ugly. All the crazy advice and restrictive diets forced on women I even found myself having to fix my own health and hormones. This then sparked my interest for female health and realised the gap in women’s health education was massive, so I made it my mission to help women learn the tools they need that would armour them for not just a bang average ( I feel tired) life, I want to help women armour themselves for a thriving life, because you only get one.
