Matt Wilpers, Peloton Coach and Training Specialist, Runner, Cyclist, Triathlete and Skiier, Founder of Team Wilpers This is Matts 4th time on the pod. Today we are talking about the Boston Marathon, what it means to him, when he decided to race, and his training leading into it. We chat about nutrition, fueling and his go-to products and stack for long runs, and his thoughts on carb loading. We talk about the many running shoes Matt has been trying thanks to his partnership with Zappos, and which ones he really likes, and which ones he MAY race in for Boston. I also get the inside scoop at which triathlons and cycling events he has thus far on the cal for 2024… We do a deep dive into gear and I may out geek Matt on the cycling stuff but you decide.
