Throughout the years after several near deaths experiences and feeling burnout out, Marita became a mental health advocate, turned meditation coach on Insight Timer and the host of The Turning Point Podcast. She has made it her life’s mission to help others, and has completed several certifications with Harvard and The University of Toronto on mental health and cognitive fitness. She has helped young and aspiring software engineers find the perfect role and that sweet balance between ambition and mental health. Join us to listen to Marita's story of how the use of mindfulness helped her overcome obstacles in the pursuit of her career.
