Most restaurants are . . . pretty standard. You look at the place, and the menu, get an idea what it has to offer, and typically that’s what you get. What you expected. Not bad, just . . . standard. Then there are restaurants that SET the standard, or even redefine it. The restaurants that other places of their kind should aspire to be like.
