It is one thing to hold a ministry position of leadership, but it's another to believe you're exactly who God should have placed there--especially when it doesn't go the way you thought it would!
In this episode Pastor and Denominational leader, Esperanza Morphis, gives candid insight from her recent, unexpected season of ministry role transition, and how it revealed an unhealthy source of significance within her identity. Esperanza also unpacks how "knowing your lane" with your Creator practically plays out in times of disappointment, self-doubt as well as seasons of fruitfulness and flourishing.
