In this Episode, Dr. Peggie Kirkland shares the importance of being able to forgive yourself. According to health experts, self- forgiveness is essential to your physical and psychological well being. In fact, some psychologists say that self-forgiveness has been linked to lowering your risk of heart attack...reducing stress, depression and anxiety.
