Using this as a springboard to the conversation she shares how accessible happiness is when we let go of our thinking and our past.
At an early age, Anna was looking for something not knowing exactly what that was; over time she just knew she wanted to feel at home, at ease, she was looking for contentment and peace of mind like most do and she was innocently looking away from the only place that it can be found. She was looking in the world of form for what can only be found in the formless; within. She feels it is divine luck to have been guided to, and by, the most loving and kind community of beings and it is her privilege to share about finding home. She looked forward to this conversation with Anna about the depth of who we are, an inner exploration into SELF-knowledge. Anna is a Three Principles Registered Practitioner and lives in New Zealand with her daughter Ana Sofia"
