About Whitney: Chef Whitney Aronoff is founder of Starseed Kitchen, a line of organic spice blends, & host of the High Vibration Living Podcast. She works as a Health Supportive Chef in Laguna Beach. Chef Whitney believes ‘the healthiest meal you can eat is the one you make at home’. She learned to heal her gut & energy issues with food. She graduated culinary school from The Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC.
As the expert on high vibration foods, Chef Whitney believes eating is a transfer of energy between our energetic being and the food we eat. She is an advocate for setting intentions that put the power of healing in your own hands by aligning all the layers of “you” through your physical, emotional, spiritual and mental body.
