Please welcome our next guest on the show, Henry Theodore Freidenberger III, a man of resilience, transformation, and profound courage. Henry's journey is nothing short of inspirational, having dedicated 13 years of his life to the Marine Corps, including four intense years with Special Operations. His story takes us through the highs and lows of military service, including the heart-wrenching experience of losing two best friends to suicide, a story that was poignantly captured in a Wall Street Journal video.
Originally from Rocky Ford, Colorado, Henry now resides in La Junta, where he continues to write his remarkable story. He has authored the book "10 Rules to Succeed Like a Marine" and is diligently working on his third publication, a 365-day Christian recovery devotional, while his second book is in its final stages.
Henry's personal journey of recovery from alcohol, marijuana, meth, and sex addiction is a testament to his strength and determination. He is about to embark on a new chapter as a peer counselor, drawing on his experiences to guide others on their paths to recovery. Additionally, Henry is nearing the completion of his second bachelor's degree in religion, adding to his previous degree in Business Administration.
Outside of his academic and professional pursuits, Henry runs Mighty Miracle Men, LLC, a seasonal lawn aeration business, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit. His involvement with Project Healing Waters further highlights his commitment to healing and community service.
