This week, Ben Carlo and Caroline continue the discussion on star players and dead end jobs, and how we see that process unfold in real life. We also explore what PAW does to inhibit that process from occurring starting all the way at interviewing, and through employment with us.

If you feel like you are in a dead end job, self-assess to ensure you aren't the problem, then get out. You are more of an asset than you realize, and you can use that to gain more fulfillment in your life.
