A common question that I get from single moms is, “How do I build a savings account?”

Starting a savings account can seem difficult and in some cases impossible. Not having, at minimum, $1,000 leaves families exposed to financial disaster if the unexpected strikes. However, it can be hard to know where to start saving, how to come up with the money, where to put the money that you plan to save, and when it is possible to even start saving. The thought of saving can seem like a faraway dream. However today we will be answering those questions. In this podcast episode, we will be discussing how to save your first or next $1,000 within the next 365 Days (or sooner). By the end of this episode, you will have a plan to save your first or next $1,000.
