In this video, Maria Maldonado Smith talks about how she got an early start in goal setting that turned into a post-it note that allowed her to achieve her goals in business and her personal life.

Maria is the Chief Empowerment Officer of MMS Consulting and the creator of the Executive Vision Imagery program. She equips leaders, employees and organizations to clearly define goals and create a roadmap to achieving them. She believes anything is possible when you set a goal and create a vision for it.
Lots of discussion on the importance of writing things down from a science perspective and just having a busy life, juggling many responsibilities including work and family.
Maria shares about her book, "Creating a Vision Board" available on Amazon, that walks individuals through a 5-step process to create a word of the year, asking yourself three important questions to really get clear on your goals, defining your core goals, mission and even play goals.
