Today is the first episode in our Day in the Life Series. I’ve been really looking forward to bringing you this series. In the next few episodes, we will be talking about the various roles within the revenue cycle. I believe that it is important for all of us to understand the responsibilities, pressures and expectations involved in these roles. Understanding the people around us is the first step to compassion and empathy in our relationships. And when we work together with compassion and empathy, we have more efficient and effective revenue cycles. In today’s episode, I am chatting with April Torres.
